Tai Chi For Better Health
Tai Chi aims to direct and cultivate the flow of energy (chi) throughout the body. The movements combine breathing techniques, mental images and mindful body movement. These simple exercises release tensions and energy blockages while stimulating vitality and strengthening the immune system. Tai Chi itself combines different Qi Gong movements by using the principles given in the Tao Te Ching and the I Ching [ee ching]. This healing art can be practiced at the following goals or levels: The first one constitutes healing Tai Chi, which helps physical problems. The second one is for those who wish to increase their vitality and health as preventive measure. Tai Chi is a peaceful practice. Tai Chi no longer involves martial arts combative forms. Once practiced correctly in a peaceful way, everyone can reap great benefits. |
